what do you do for a wedding sendoff?

rice and birdseed are usually tradition
but i find that kind of weird
plus i think it'll hurt
plus its a mess and pain to clean up.

there's the bubbles option
but its been done countless of times
and plus its kinda messy

the poppers also seem kinda messy
and i saw streamers at one wedding
but i didnt think they were pretty and kinda expensive

so i mentally subtracted the big send off picture and idea
until i came across this idea.

and plus its just plain fun!

im not very crafty
i think i have decent and creative ideas
but when i actually sit down to make it
it comes out messy, unprofessional, not what i visioned, etc.

however these diy stamps are cute!!!
and a cost effective idea for
a)save the date cards
b)wedding tags for party favors
c)guest book additions

and if our budget gets to be strained
even okay looking for..gasp.. invitations

and boom! there is a cute party favor.

these favor boxes from a little hut are adorable.
you can put candies, stationary, marbles, confetti, tissue, matchsticks, etc.
whatever you want in it!
i am feeling the love!

most korean weddings are impossible to give out party favors.

one) because korean people do not understand the concept of RSVP
and
two) because within a church setting, its the "everybody" come concept.

but i am in love with the idea of
loose leaf tea as party favors.
its simple and something that koreans would actually use.

pear and peony has this cute idea about party favors.

as long as its packaged right...

i think it will be cute and inexpensive idea!
